Biography & Academic Journey

SR. PROFESSOR (DR.) SARWADE W.K. is currently working as a Professor and Dean of Faculty of Commerce and Management Science, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Professor WK Sarwade is currently holding a prestigious high academic position as the President of the Indian Commerce Association.

He holds a dual Master's Degree in Commerce as well as in Business Administration, with a Doctorate degree in Management Science. He was awarded the UGC Research Fellowship for his Doctoral Research. He was selected for the Santiago DE Compostela University, Spain under the PEIN programme for Post-Doctoral Study.

He has visited 28 countries and possesses a truly global perspective on research. He has been to many renowned universities like Harvard University (Boston-USA), Columbia University (New York), Stanford University (Stanford-USA), Oxford University (London), Goetz University (Germany), Warsaw University (Poland), Minho University (Braga, Portugal), Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (Bangkok, Thailand), Sri Jayewardenepura University (Colombo, Sri Lanka), and Barcelona University (Spain) to enhance his academic and research excellence.
